Congratulations to Attorney Anthony Sampson

Kneupper & Covey congratulates Anthony Sampson, one of the firm’s attorneys, on his new position working for Yale Law School as a Clinical Fellow. Anthony has worked for the firm since August 2023 helping clients in a number of different kinds of cases. While working at the firm, he’s obtained awards in arbitration for victims of solar fraud and has taken key depositions in a complex RICO action. He’s also helped numerous people settle legal claims across a variety of different kinds of cases.

In July 2025, Anthony will be leaving Kneupper & Covey to take a position as a Clinical Fellow with the Private Law Clinic at Yale Law School. The clinic aims to develop creative ways to use private law in the public interest and craft changes to existing law. As a Clinical Fellow, Anthony will split his time between teaching law students, supervising the work of the clinic, and pursuing his own scholarship. This position is an excellent opportunity for Anthony to work on novel legal theories in an academic setting while also researching his own scholarly interests.

Yale is one of the top law schools in the country, and being selected to teach students there is an incredible achievement. The firm is proud of Anthony’s work here and of this accomplishment. While we will miss working with Anthony, we’re happy that a new generation of lawyers will be able to learn from him. Anthony is a talented lawyer and we believe he will be a talented teacher and scholar for years to come.
