Caitlin is a litigator who is passionate about providing trauma-informed and client-centered legal services that empower clients to play an active role in asserting and fighting for their consumer and privacy rights. Caitlin’s legal practice is empathy-oriented and prioritizes accessible, equitable, culturally sustaining legal representation.
Before joining Kneupper & Covey PC, Caitlin worked as a civil legal aid attorney fighting for clients who suffered civil rights violations at the hands of educational institutions, medical institutions, and government agencies. During this time, Caitlin co-founded the Police Misconduct Clinic which provides free legal services to survivors of police misconduct and other government abuse. Caitlin has also worked in animal and environmental law and has published numerous articles on the topic.
Caitlin attended Lewis & Clark Law School, where Caitlin served as Editor in Chief of a law review and graduated second in their class with numerous honors and awards, including the Cornelius Honor Society Award, the Pro Bono Honors Award, the Animal Law Achievement Award, and the Award for Leadership on Diversity Initiatives. Prior to law school, Caitlin was a social worker providing supportive services for commercially sexually exploited children and children in therapeutic foster care.

When not at work, Caitlin enjoys writing music, making art, and spending time with a ferocious pack of five chihuahuas.
