About Austin Aguirre

Austin Aguirre

Associate Attorney

Austin graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018, where he was on the editorial board of Texas Law Review—consistently ranked one of the top academic legal journals in the United States. Since he passed the bar in 2018, he’s held positions at several firms, gaining valuable and well-rounded experience, including a large insurance-defense firm, plaintiff’s personal injury firms, a business-oriented general practice firm, and Congress (where he was Legislative Counsel for a U.S. Representative).

Austin enjoys being a plaintiff’s attorney. He has wide-ranging experience in many aspects and areas of litigation (lawsuits) on both sides of the aisle, but he is most passionate about advocating for people who are seeking justice because they’ve been wronged. They often face up against faceless corporations or powerful insurance companies with seemingly infinite resources. Austin uses his love for legal research and writing and advocacy to level the playing field and help his clients find justice and closure.

Outside of law, Austin graduated from Texas A&M in 2014 and is an avid Aggie fan. He also enjoys playing tennis, he’s an eighth-generation Texan, and his favorite authors are Radley Balko (non-fiction) and Terry Pratchett (fiction).

Austin is barred in Texas.
